Run by the people behind Mix, the shiny black décor and flashy lights of Gongti's Cargo are similar to Mix, as are the number of private VIP rooms, but behind the DJ booth is a wall made up entirely of lights that react to the music – sounds cheesy, looks great. Split over two floors with soft edges and many curves, the design is more welcoming than the boxy interior of Mix and other Gongti clubs, but it's not be a cheap night out. The cover charge varies from free to 200RMB, depending on who's on the decks, and bottles of beer start at around 30RMB.
