A rare autoimmune, presynaptic disorder of the neuromuscular transmission. It results in weakness of the limb muscles, depressed tendon reflexes, autonomic changes and posttetanic potentiation. The initial symptoms can be similar to Myasthenia Gravis but differences between the two diseases can be seen as it progress.
