Repaglinide (brand name Reglinid) is an antidiabetic drug, an oral blood glucose - lowering drug of the meglitinide class, used in a management of non-insulin-dependent diabetes melitus (NIDDM). Repaglinide lowers blood glucose levels by stimulating the release of insulin from the pancreas.
