Rodrigo Sebastián Palacio (born 5 February 1982) is an Argentine footballer currently playing for Internazionale in Serie A. He is the son of José Ramón Palacio, a historic player of Olimpo de Bahia Blanca during the 1980s. Palacio holds a Spanish passport, allowing him to be counted as an EU player.

On 14 March 2014, Palacio signed a contract renewal with Inter, which will keep him at the club until 2016.
