Kerupuk udang means prawn cracker. It is Indonesian traditional cracker made of prawns. The prawns are steamed and then ground. After that, they are mixed with tapioca flour and dried. This whole process takes about two to three days. Before the crackers are consumed, they need to be fried.

These crackers are very popular in Indonesia. We can eat them with rice and other dishes or just eat them as snacks.
