Home > Blossary: Disseise
Disseise is verb meaning, deprive property of someone, for one's own interest, use, or purpose. It can be done or achieved in illegal/fraudulent way.
For ex. desseise money from someone, as partner A of person B, having a company, in partnership, thus in common, thus, abuse one's property, in this case, person X used money of person B of a corporate account for his own advertising purposes, in order to take for him/her the whole enterprise, and property, thus, funds invested initially to set up this enterprise, from person B, to his own name, and become in the future (this way, thus in an indirect fraudulent way, the main owner of company X.). In this case we talk on disseise of legal right of other, force/violate right, and/or abuse right of others, in this case in an illegal/fraudulent way.
