Disprove is verb and noun is 'disproval' meaning ''rebuild something by changing or altering full or partial content of something. It means thus, that a person X disproves, thus 'proves that something is fault, or erroneous, thus one 'counter-proves' in this case by disproving previous thing, thus proving, through process of counter-proof that previous thing or case does/do not apply.
The process of disproof should be based on true facts, or be duly justify, or ''fall'' into orders of Law X, or so, by far, up to 60% in order to (legally) apply.
For ex. a legal, official thus valid Certificate, can be a mean of proof, thus a mean to actually disprove that a statement/declaration in Court thus a claim deriving from it/based on it, are not right, and can be appealed as such thtough this procedure, procedure of disproof.
