Home > Blossary: Enjoy
Enjoy is verb and in Law it means, benefit, or profit from something, thus we have phrase ''enjoy a good income', enjoy revenues from a work, or business activity. We also have legal term ''enjoy rights'', for ex. from property or patrimony, thus leading to term here ''usu-fructu'' for ex. inheritants of property, may enjoy (rights) of usu-fructu, legal inheritants, that have inherited for ex. a house, immobile, from parent who died, either from testament or legal share of inheritance, which this inheritant(s..if there are more persons, then) right of usu-fructu is split, thus 'enjoying'' money/revenues from rent of that house, immobile, thus enjoying in this case, say so, absolute, complete right of usu-fructu, coming from inheritance. Or we have term ''enjoy benefits'' this may not be pecuniary always compensation, but can be in other form(s) of benefit, for ex. badges, or in barter agreements, when no money may be involved, one can have for ex. other kinds of gifts or benefits, for offering a free service for ex. of advertisement, in the frame of this agreement.
