DS419 case is triggered between the United States and the People's Republic of China. The case was requested for consultation by U.S. under the tile of "Measures Concerning Wind Power Equipment."

With regard to certain measures providing grants, funds, or awards to enterprises manufacturing wind power equipment in China, the U.S. doubts that China's measures appear to be violated the Subsidies and Countervailing Measures (SCM) and failed to notified the measures which also appear to be inconsistent with SCM Agreement.
