Kashkaval
Kashkaval is a type of yellow cheese typically made of cow or sheep milk.
Kashkaval from Galichnik is exclusively made of sheep milk and the village itself has a decades long tradition of making the cheese. Actually, the first kashkaval factory in the former Kingdom of Yugoslavia was build in Galichnik in 1921.
