Sop iga sapi or a cow rib and meat soup. The soup is thin and usually colorless. The basic ingredients are cow ribs and meat, carrot, chicken block, ginger, salt, shallot, garlic, and cinnamon.

This is served during lunch time or dinner. Indonesians eat this with steamed rice, sambal, and pickled cucumber, as the condiments.
