Drug treatment and testing order(DTTO)is a court order requiring and offender who misuses drugs and is susceptible to treatment to submit to such treatment and to mandatory drug testing and other conditions.DTTO can be made on any offender aged over 16 who meets the criteria above.Offenders who fail to comply with DTTOs can be fined or the order can be varied or revoked.
